Hi Jo!!!

This morning will breed a quick post. There's quite a bit of work on the schedule this morning, so I will probably get right to it as soon as...

Today, I thought I would wear my new red shoes to work. They aren't Ruby Red Slippers, but they aren't far off... so when I click my heels around noon, I'll definitely be chanting, 'There's no place like Joey's... there's no place like Joey's.'

I have come up with an affectionate (for now) nickname for ol' Tyrone and this is only 7 or 8 hours of working with him. Somehow, I get reminded of a 'meat' when I think of the name Tyrone... maybe it's the idea of a big-ass dog that dines on huge legs of ham or something. Kind of a mad association of the name, but an association nonetheless... so, with this... I will call him 'Meathead,' in my Blog anyways. He does kind of have that Meathead appeal to him, kinda like the Meathead in 'All In The Family,' the 70's sitcom. Pretty nice guy, but a tad dopey. And yes, if you must, you can call me Archie.

My Canucks lost their pre-season game here in Calgary... I'm not terribly worried. There have been some good teams that lose their games in the pre-season... those games just don't matter. There is rarely a full team on there anyways.

The big 300-page document I was looking forward to this morning only looks to be barely half... that's all thats arrived so far... but maybe more will come later today. Anyways... off to the races I go. Meathead has just arrived!!
