Still Quiet in the Office

Another slow morning at the office allows me to Blog a bit more. Lee is looking after the phones, Fred is away on personal business and Ernest isn't in the office quite yet. That's a pretty small office, eh?? It's sure quiet in here since Ashley isn't around... shame, really.

A little My Red Cell on the MP3 player... that keeps my energy up. I have the player plugged into my computer speakers and both Lee and I are groovin' away. He's now moved out of the EDGAR office and to the front desk... he's taken over the Ashley's position.

Well, Fred just walked in... nothing like the boss disturbing your writing. Sigh...

Hey, I didn't have much to do at all... don't look at me like that. If I have work to do, I'll do it.

Today, I'll probably have the live updates on for the Chelsea/Anderlecht match... go on you Blues! The treble starts here...

The e-mails have been quiet today... both work & leisure. It's a good thing I have tunes... they make the day a little easier to sit through.

I'm also surfing through BlogExplosion a bit this morning as well. It's the only Blog exchange program I'm really using at the moment. I have credits still petering out at Blog Soldiers and I have a referral or two working for me at Blogazoo... so I keep up a bit there... but I only really surf the benefits of Explosion.

Image hosted by Photobucket.comTo continue the hot parade and another excuse to post pictures... Maria Sharapova retained her number one women's tennis player ranking this week. No complaints... it keeps her in the news and the photo packages coming.

I do like women's tennis... it's a little more entertaining than the Men's side (although the US Open Final was entertaining)... but the women's side does have a little more eye candy to feast on, which does add a lot more viewership one has to think to the sport. Regardless of Lindsey Davenport's complaints of it turning into a fashion show.

The game of tennis is actually a little more interesting on the women's side, because it's a lot more serve & volley than straight up power... which really hurt the men's game for a while. Granted, the Williams sisters (brothers, they have to be men!) aren't helping with their power. When I wanna watch tennis, I want to see some great rallies... not a ton of aces.

Man, that was a lot on tennis... I didn't know I had it in me. Nevertheless, that Sharapova is a marvel to the human race. A natural beauty. She could make the Hall of Fame list in a few years, much like Keira Knightley. The world is blessed with such beauty nowadays, it's amazing!

Well, now I'm sort of spent in regards on what to write. Any ideas?
