Photos from Today

I took some photos with my phone this morning... I needed some pictures for the Blog site, so I took these. Nothing fancy... just pictures.



My morning on the way and waiting for work this morning, I snapped these with the phone. There isn't really any story behind them or anything... they're just pictures.

The pink sky West of Calgary as the sun was coming up in the morning. It looked a lot neater in person than it does on the 1.3 megapixel phone camera.

My empty coffee cup from 7-Eleven... it was sitting there, I was standing there... it was a match made on the front step of the house where I work now.

Lastly, the Sun began to poke through the tree in the front yard. I moved the camera around a bit when I saw that black dot in the middle of the sunshine, but it wouldn't disappear. I think it's probably part of the tree... but I'm not too sure.

Work today was pretty quiet. Spent quite a lot of time checking my e-mails and watching the new hockey news come in on the internet. Did a few things as they came in, but Lee said today was the slowest he's seen it... granted, he's only been there a month. Nevertheless... it was pretty dead today. Ashley said it was also pretty quiet. I was told it was gonna be a lot less busy for the month, I just didn't think it would be this quiet.

Millennium has sent my final paycheque out to me... which it's about time. I have to finish paying off my cancelled Telus subscription for my old mobile phone number. Do e-mail me if you want or need my new one.

I have a new picture to put the Sherpa in... I wanna get that done soon. Thanks Sue... the glacier looks really neat. The Sherpa will love it!

Well, seeing as though I'm Blogging from bed again... I think the darkness is doing me in. 28 days (I think) until the Arcade Fire are in Calgary!! Uh-oh... now I'm excited. Now I'll never get to sleep.
