6 Minute Post

Only gonna manage a fairly quick post this morning...

It's bleedin' nice outside this morning. Already above 10 degrees... perfect make-up game ball weather, I tell ya. The team only played once yesterday and not against who we were scheduled to play either. We just managed to get a game in at 3pm anyways against another team who was there and ready, plus we were lucky to have umpires to call the game as well.

So, with all this extra time on my hands, I decided to move some stuff from the house down into Sunnyside yesterday. I packed up my CDs and stereo system and moved it into the house. I grabbed a whole bunch of other things, miscellaneous things, and took them down as well. Since Jen has been at the house for quite a while now, all my kitchen stuff seems irrelevant. I have come to realize that I have a lot of junk. I wish it was junk that I could easily get rid of too... but it kind of isn't. I would almost need my folks to have a garage sale for me to get rid of so much of this crap.

Anyways... Barb seemed quite keen on goin' out after her shift yesterday evening, but she, as she said, "bitched out" again on me... so we might try to watch the game together somewhere. She says she'll be done at a reasonable time, since the Smuggler's Inn doesn't have any TVs to show the Flames game tonight... which starts at 7pm. I should be finished playing ball at around 6pm, so it might just work out well. She figures she'll be out of there by 7:30pm... so, I might try and get a shower before goin' to meet her. I'm not too sure how it's all gonna work, as I'm driving Munden to and from the ball game today.

So, that'll be my post for the day... and we'll see how it all goes.
