Too Quick

Well, I think I was a little bit too harsh last night. Today is going a lot better than yesterday was. Everything has gone a little bit smoother... my quotes, the invoicing and dealings on the phone. All much better.

Jason isn't here today, which probably may attribute to the idea that everything isn't quite as stressed... he's pretty high-strung sometimes, which sort of rubs off a bit. High-strung people seem to stress me out. It might be stress by osmosis.

Today, I've done quite a few quotes so far, was in the back warehousing with Chris and manning the phones all day. Nothing terrible. Oh yeah... and I was doing some researching for my own learning today as well. That has helped so much! I've been going to the Intel site and comparing the motherboards and processors that we sell and seeing how everything fits together a whole lot better. I have found that the stuff that was given to me by Jason wasn't laid out in a great learning fashion and now that I've sorted out what I needed to know, it makes so much more sense.

I have yet to find out if we can actually sell individual computers to individual people... I'm thinking we can if it's for some sort of special circumstance, but I don't actually know for sure. That'd be cool... but these machines aren't really the bargain basement sort of things that you can get. They seem to be pretty good quality stuff which you'll pretty much get for about a grand for a decent machine. It's pretty interesting, I suppose.

As you might tell from the timestamp below, I am writing this in the middle of the afternoon. I might go see if Chad needs a hand building a few machines now. Look busy, I guess.
