Monday... It's Come Again.

Well, it's taken me ages to get myself together today to start writing a little bit. Yesterday was a sun and beer festival in the neighbourhood. So much so, I was pretty drunk and didn't realize how burnt I was getting. Man, do I feel it today. My back is so red and in so much pain... I couldn't really sleep much at all last night, because I just couldn't find a comfortable position in bed.

Yesterday, Dad and I got some sand and filled up the sand pits for throwing horseshoes. That's not a bad activity on a nice day with lots of beer. It brought out a few of the neighbours and it made for a good laugh.

Still hunting for a job this morning... nothing has really come out of anything I did last week yet. Dad had been talking to a hardwood company on my behalf and that might pan out to be something. The shop for this hardwood company isn't too far away from Langdon as travel to Calgary goes. Apparently, I could be one of the first few people taken on there if all goes to plan. That'd be rather cool.

I would rather get into the Graphic Design positions that I applied for... but now it's becoming a little tight in regards to money and well, anything will do. Until I know anything for sure, i think I will continue to send out resumes and such to other companies. Can't be too sure about anything yet.

Today, I should sort out the firmware of my wireless router. Yesterday's burning and drinking kept me away from the router work. I'll try and make that a priority for the day. Maybe.

I'm counting down the days until the NHL resumes operations... hopefully in the next few days! I want to get another hockey pool going soon... I do love a good hockey pool. I'm thinking I might want to stage a weekly or season-long competition on this webpage. If you are interested, click 'Yes' on the new poll that I have on the page.

Anyways, just a short entry today. I'm still not feeling up to writing too much.
