Just When I Thought...

Oh, for fuck sakes... since the folks disconnected the home phone with their new cell phones, Best Buy can't complete my order. I totally forgot... how crappy is that? I would change all my details, but I didn't carry my credit card with me today. Shit, shit, shit. It'll have to be something that I'll deal with tonight.

Well, I will have to sort this out in a friggin' hurry... or just go to the Best Buy in Sunridge and see if they have them in.

I've updated the hockey pool this morning after the four games last night... the Sherpa's Yaks have been done for a while. No hope there at all... oh well. The Playoff Pool goes live today... I've pushed it forward, 'cuz I'll be seeing Kelly tonight before he goes out on the road again for a while. So, I should get him into the pool... he's a pretty big hockey fan. I'm hoping to have quite a few people in this one... makes for a pretty big pot. I'm gonna make the finishing touches to it before I get started here at work this morning.

Barb texted me last night... I tried my best to not be in a hurry to text her back. But who was I kidding? Since when is liking girls so difficult. As it goes, we didn't text for very long... just a few back and forth... I invited her out to the Landing to watch the game with me and the fellas, she might take me up on it. I'll give her a bell after work.

Gotta ask Fred about taking a couple extra days for the Easter weekend today... confirm when I can take off. I wouldn't mind taking off the Thursday and coming back the Monday now. That would be pretty awesome. Teg is getting pretty excited that I'm coming down. Can someone remind me to bring her some chocolate when I go down? Thanks.

Right... gonna finish up the hockey stuff and then buckle down and get some of this lingering crap out of the way.
