Just Before Bed...

I thought I would do a quick post before bed tonight...

Things that were done this weekend:
Friday night... ended up watching some hockey at the bar with Benny... it was the best place to go after such a long deadline day at work. It was another quiet night in the pub though... John and I shut the place down whilst chatting about quite a number of things through the night.

Saturday... after getting up somewhat later or actually, rather the usual time, Benny and I went into town and cruised the malls during the day. Benny was in search of a Red Wings jersey, while I was sort of looking at digital cameras, so I can replace my lost one. He got his jersey in Sunridge... this after going to Southcentre and Chinook malls here in town before hand. I had found my ideal camera, but all places in town are sold out of them at the moment. A nice & slim Sony Cybershot... looks awesome. If I can find one, I'll probably pick it up... want one before visiting Tegan in Victoria.

Saturday night... went to the Landing in Chestermere with John, Joe & Benny for the Flames/Oliers game. Not very busy in there and then after the game, we picked up some beers in Forest Lawn and went back to Joe's for some poker... until I left at 3:30am.

Today... finally went into work around 10:45am (after the forward time change). Spent a few hours sorting out the last of the big filings, for the most part... trying to solve some computer problems, listened to the Canucks get drubbed by the Ducks... headed home for a couple beers... didn't feel like going out to Greg's birthday do in town. Watched X-Men 2 tonight... and now writing this post before bed.

For the most part, I did behave myself... except for the drunk text message and Blog entries on Friday night, I was still pretty good. Still kicking myself a bit for them... but meh... it's all part of the experience.

Might have my work cut out for me in the morning... could be a bit of a rush to finish that last filing. Got lots of tables to work on. And that's that.
