What Did I Do On Saturday?

Let's see... I mowed the lawn when I got up. That meant taking down the wonderful investment... the badminton net. Used only half a time, before the skinbag did a runner on me. I went for a walk in the afternoon... thought I would go into the core for my general shopping trip and lunch. Picked up a few things, including the Hockey News Pool Guide, newest copy of NME, blank CD's to copy some pics for Alan and some deodorant. Very exciting. Thought I might meet up with Julie, but by the time she phoned back, I was already out of the core and back in Kensington. Then I went to the pub to watch the end of the Jays game and a little bit more baseball. Did my reading with the Pool Guide, wrote in some numbers, read the important articles. Ashley was about and hanging around, since it wasn't too busy. I again didn't hang around for very long... still didn't feel like getting shitfaced. Ashley asked if I would come around the pub for lunch on Sunday, since she'd be the only one working... so I thought sure, why not? Headed home after four... watched Chasing Amy with Jen. She had never seen it before... definitely one of my favourite flicks of all time. She crashed before it ended. Again... an early night. Nice & easy.
