Nothing...

Not a lot to Blog about this morning... almost rather get myself started at work this morning. Got some projects on the go, a few to be finished tomorrow, one for Monday, one for today and a few that need to be filed today when I get the okay from proofing. How exciting!

I'm more than halfway through the biggest one I received yesterday, of 199 pages, and I want that one out of my hair first, just 'cuz it's so big and time-consuming. Then I can jump on the 92 pager that needs to be done for tomorrow. Yeah, its starting to get a tad exciting in here now... once Devin is back, then all will be well again and I can get him to practice a little bit more before the deadline.

Actually, yesterday... I went and paid the internet bill for the house. Dad had warned me that the women in the office there were pretty dumb, but I only took that with a grain of salt... he does sometimes embellish a bit, so I really didn't take that comment too seriously. Unfortunately, when I walked into the small little office space down on 52nd St. SE, the two women that were in there looked at me with the same awe that the little green men in Toy Story looked at Woody when he jumped into their claw game. It was quite an odd operation they had going there... no debit, no credit cards... only cheques and cash. I'm beginning to wonder less why the internet connection is so shitty out in Langdon.

Otherwise... had a $7 bill at the Wildfire, drinking Coke and 24 wings last night while watching the Red Wings and Ducks play on TSN with Benny. Made for a pretty decent night and then another relatively early night last night.

Off to play floor hockey again tonight... hopefully will have a little bit better of a turnout than last week. Should try and be there in good time to continue fixing my pads. There's still some more work to do. I'll probably stay relatively close in the area tonight, as the Flames play the Oilers at 7pm tonight... might catch the first period before heading over to the Rec Centre.
