Woo Hoo for Wireless

The wireless network is now setup. The router came on Monday, set-up yesterday and now the card came today and now I'm sitting out on the front step of the house writing this entry. How awesome is this? I'm loving it. I'll even get a picture celebrate the occasion.

Saying this though, I will need some mosquito repellent, because they are out in full force again today, since it's so nice. Be right back!

Well, I went out for my skate as well today. Picked up some chips, beer and the mail. Probably when I finish up with this I'll start throwing the ball around as well. I've heard that the neighbourhood slow-pitch team plays on Thursdays, so I've gotta keep my arm loose. You know how it is.

Ah man, I'm just so glad I'm wireless now! Hooray! How did I ever use the computer before? The signal strength of some of the other wireless networks around is also quite good in the neighbourhood.

Another bonus of having my laptop on the wireless is now I don't have to take the network cable out of the PC each and every time I want to get on the net with my laptop. That way my Dad can have my PC back to his own use. He still probably thinks that it's his machine anyways, although I did pay for it. He's good like that... just like my cell phone that I left behind. Well, I re-staked my ownership claim right away to save the trouble of doing it later.

Now... if only someone would MSN chat me so I can use my webcam outside. That'd be cool. I'm such a nerd!
