Welcome Blog Surfers... Have a quick look...

Good morning, kids! Where's everyone coming from this morning? Yesterday was a day of expansion for me. I was cruising the likes of BlogExplosion and FortuneCookieHits and I signed up to BlogSoldiers, BlogXchange and Googlepex. It's all started to work already, I had record hits on my site and there were a few more people who clicked ads. I know it's small and all rather useless in the end, but it's really filling up my time while I look for more work or a new Part-Time British Wife. Ha ha. I actually think I have all five sites opened at once. I'm going to try for a new visitors record again today, which should be fairly easy since Googlepex will be working all day today. Get in there!

This all brings me to another point. Roger sent me an e-mail this morning because there was a good article on BBC news website about Blogs. It was somewhat of an interesting article and it's mostly for people who haven't seen a Blog yet or even heard of it yet. There was the indication that it's gaining star power and that people are using their voices and blah, blah, blah; most things that us Bloggers already know. So, as Roger predicted in his e-mail that he sent to me, I added a (hopefully) fair comment to what I've found Blogging to be for me:

Blogs are slowly becoming a great source of writing talent and community spirit. Blogs are for people who enjoy writing, communicating, art & photography and/or making money. Blogs have spawned Blog exchange sites, which allow Writers to converse on the internet with each other & bring other Bloggers to their site to read and critique, photographers put up their photos which speak a million words, illustrators put their drawings on Blogs and entrepreneurs are thinking of new and exciting ways to make money via the Blog community. Blogs address the problem of lack of mediums that listen to ALL people for very little cost. Finally, with great celebrity endorsement, it has also become a great equalizer in society as anyone with a computer can start their Blog and be whoever they want to be.

Now, I'm kind of hoping that it shows up on BBC site. I did add my Blog site address as well, you never know if they might want to hit it.

Yesterday, I completed the "Behind the Scenes of the Fool Monty." I'm mildly proud of it actually. Hell, I'm no Hollywood editor, but it didn't look too bad. I wish I could have done more with the sound, that's about my only regret. It's very choppy that way, but all in all, it gets the humour that we had across. So, today, I will probably get a good portion of that copied onto CDs before actually making DVDs, which I don't currently have any blank ones in stock.

Today, I hope to have the performance copied over and prepared for DVD production. I will be extremely chuffed when that all starts to get come together.

What else am I gonna do today? I have no idea. Oh yeah, I'll probably send a couple more text messages regarding a cash-in-hand job that I had heard about WEEKS ago. I would like to know if there will be anything coming of that, because well... money just keeps getting tighter and tighter... and it's not getting any easier.

To the Batmobile!!
