An Explosion of Blog...

Yesterday, I signed up with BlogExplosion to "increase the traffic" through my Blog site and by golly, it's started to work. To be fair, you have be your own traffic to other Blog sites to get it to work, but living in the middle of nowhere at the moment allows me to travel through some sites anyways. Through Blogger, I was going to the 'Next Blog' along the top of the screen and having a grand old time. Now, I'm using BlogExplosion and I'm earning people as I go. I might sound like I'm advertising, but I really do appreciate this service. It's kinda cool!!

Last night, I talked to my parents on MSN until 2am. They were packing their bags and heading to Kelowna for my Sister's wedding next weekend. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it to my Sister's wedding, because, well, I just can't afford to leave the UK before the weekend.

It didn't help that she had changed the date of the wedding from the end of August (in Victoria), to the end of April (in Mexico) to now next weekend (in Kelowna). I would have made it to Victoria in August, no problem, but the whirlwind of change couldn't allow me now.

I used my webcam for my parents last night. I hadn't seen them in a couple years now and don't really get to chat with them too much.

"Yes, Dad, I've grown a beard."

"Yes, Mom, I have lost weight since I've been here."

Ahhhh, you gotta love parents. I gotta use my webcam more often, just so I can avoid all those parental comments in the future. Next weekend though, they'll concentrate on my Sister and leave me alone.

I can't wait to see some pictures though from my Sister's wedding. Maybe I'll post one or two when I get them. That'd be nice, eh??

Today is going to be a lazy day. Soooooo lazy. West Brom v Arsenal is on the telly tonight, but that's not until later on tonight. That's about the only plans I have for the day. How rubbish is that? I don't know if I'll even get dressed today. Since it's a Bank Holiday, the buses aren't running, so the Middle of Nowhere is where I'm gonna stay.

I'm beginning to think there will be another stir-crazy post sometime later tonight.
