Revelations From Saturday

Lookin' good, m'boy! Lookin' good. One of the best clips I've seen since my wheelie bin falling over incident last summer in Ipswich. If anyone wants this clip to my right... you can drop me an e-mail. It looks better in video form.

When Neil arrived today, I showed him the result of Saturday night's footage, hence the animated GIF to your right. It turned out to be the best thing out of the whole 11 minutes of footage that was shot.

Neil was also good enough to tell me about my bruise, listed in the Blog: Today's Events. He said that I found a flight of concrete stairs that I thought I could jump all the way down. Well, I thought incorrectly by the looks and well, the feeling, of the result. It still hurts. Neil said that I clipped the last stair or something to that effect and landed flat on my back. The physics wasn't completely explained, but he said I was lying there for a good few moments until he asked if I was okay. And much like I think I would after a dramatic incident, I popped back up looking as if nothing had happened. Way to go, me!

If I was to do it all over again, I would.

Today, I went for a couple drinks with Neil and then met Chapman, Tom, Jim and eventually Lars for another couple. I wanted to meet up with Lars to pick up my bag from Saturday night. It had some important things including that key I didn't have to get back in to the house with... ha ha!

Had a few good chats with the lads. Talked a lot about going home and what it's going to be like. At least I'll be home in time for the Stampede... oh yeah! Gotta get myself some work right away, but that'll be much easier at home since I don't need a visa to work there.

Well, a few MSN chats going on at the moment is restricting me from writing anymore... later!
